The Criminal Asset Bureau conducted searches at two properties, one in Dublin 1 and one in Dublin 15 on the morning of Wednesday, 14 July 2021, with the assistance of the Garda National Immigration Bureau and local Gardaí attached to Store Street and Blanchardstown Garda Stations.
The following was seized:
- €16,245 cas
- £3,280 sterling cash
- Quantity of Designer Handbags and clothing (Moncler, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent & Hermes)
- Electronic devices
- Documentation in relation to Financial and Property transactions
Three professional searches (Solicitors and Auctioneers) were also carried out:
- two in County Meath
- one in Dublin
As a result of further enquiries, the Criminal Asset Bureau today, Friday, 16 July 2021, restrained funds totalling €238,000 in relation to this investigation.
The CAB investigation is focused on the assets of an individual suspected to be involved in the cultivation, sale and supply of controlled drugs through a network of Cannabis Grow Houses.
